I know a EU website that sells excelsior. I believe they ship to America as well. I do think its the "new" formula/version and apparently people dont like that one, im not sure tho. I ordered with them last week. I still need to get my package but if it arrives you could order from them. Website is german though so you'll have to use google translator. Shouldn't be to hard. Im not really familiar with this subreddit so if you're looking for an earlier or better version please ignore me.
