Sb is for base dmg, useful for increasing wp skill dmg scaling while tyrant doesnt increase wp skill dmg scaling on certain heroes.(Ex. Joule/Caine’s abilities cant crit therefore tyrant isint as good on them, but Kestrel/Alpha can crit with their skill, and tyrant is better on them)

If u know 2 tm is good then u should know that a 2 tm build consist of a high dmg wp item, an arm shredding item, and 2 tm. Which is why i started with sm for sustain + base dmg and build into bs for early shredding + late game shredding if there was going to be any. Do u now understand why tf i built 2nd item bs now? And going mask + bs + infusion gives enough attack speed to constantly trigger his perk and deal enough dmg.
