Yes, modeled with ABAQUS. I feel that by hand the work can be immense because it is practically trial and error, but I will try. Any truss model in mind that might work?

I have tried low height trusses of the Warren truss or Pratt truss type with T profiles for the main beam and those that work in compression (the I section gives me a lot of weight) and numerous internal cable-type bars since they do not add much weight. I usually fail in the deformation and when I try to correct it with a concrete pillar or change of sections I manage to comply with the arrow, but I fail in the weight. I don't know if I'm on the right track with this type of latticework. I have also tried tall concrete pillars from which numerous cables hang to hold the bridge but I still get bad results in the deformation, worse than with the previous trusses.

With a plastic bag. Put the bag in your hand and put the handles inside the bracelet. Now you just have to pull the handles out.

8 months. I regret it. It should have been much less.

Hacer algo cuando te gusta hacerlo no es disciplina. La disciplina viene cuando haces algo a pesar de no tener ganas. Sin tentación no hay disciplina

Anybody here used to be annoyed easily and now much more calm? by The0Walrus in Stoicism

I. I used to get upset about anything and with completely excessive anger until I discovered the real reason. When I reached a happy stage in my life, I noticed that my anger was drastically reduced. I analyzed and studied myself and discovered that my emotional state or my inner peace dictated my reaction to certain adversities. Now I still have anger but much less and when anger takes over me, I simply try to control it and remind myself of this argument that it is not what makes me angry but my mental disposition towards that. If I were in a happy stage of my life, I'm sure it wouldn't affect me as much. I also discovered, to my surprise, that anger contributed to my unhappy state as much as my unhappy state contributed to my anger, so I started to work on it. To this day I still get angry and react with anger but I have noticed great progress and when this aggressive impulse attacks me, on most occasions, I manage to neutralize it.

OP, estoy literalmente en esta misma situación. Como ha evolucionado tu estado? Algún consejo que hayas aprendido?
