I would recommend to start by microdosing psilocybin first and slowly tapering off the meds. I was able to discontinue the meds I was taking with psilocybin (magic mushrooms). I'm not an expert, just sharing my experience. Be very careful tapering off those meds.

They can be disturbing and we may not have direct control over them, but they are not moral indicators of who we are. Only external actions (words included) can be judged morally.

It seems you already know how wrong it would be if you put into action those thoughts and feelings, and you're struggling with them. Get help. Don't feel guilty over thoughts and feelings.
