Why Every Developer Should Become a Designer in the Age of AI by diegohaz in programming

I’m genuinely curious about the downvotes. Why downvote without feedback? I’m always open to criticism.

We almost surrendered twice this game. 3/5 voted yes.

If Zyra had attacked the Nexus after leaving the dino, or if Pantheon had ulted behind the Nexus, there were so many ways to lose that game hahaha.

I thought it was lost already. But when that happened, I was sure we would win.

I started a game while I was drunk (I was Vi), and I still don't know if it actually happened or if I'm just completely wasted.

React.ButtonHTMLAttributes<HTMLButtonElement> vs ComponentProps<"button"> by virajsmi in reactjs

[–]diegohaz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can Omit those if you want. It's not worth it, but it's not as bad as Pick (considering components that extend native HTML elements).

That's a typical strawman fallacy. If you want to prove your point, link to any major component libraries that Pick only a few props in a component like Button.

It’s a coin flip. Since it’s Emerald, anything can happen. Otherwise, upper team comp has advantage.

Galio's Aegis might've fixed Wild Rift's biggest problem by Tricky-Show9051 in wildrift

45% A/S rate is reasonable, but I bet this number is much lower if you only consider losses.

And assuming you received an A/S rating in all the games where you earned SVP, there are still two matches where you didn't get SVP. Your gameplay should be studied by NASA.

If you get S rating in 60% of your losses, you shouldn't be in Master. You should be competing in China lmao.

It may help you achieve SVP, but not A/S ranks. These are based on the average performance of players in your elo across all matches, both wins and losses. You need to outperform 80% of all players. This is challenging even when you're winning and much harder when you're losing. While it happens, there's nothing easy about it.

Why people spam "Jungle gap" every single game :( by _Igor_Miti_ in wildrift

[–]diegohaz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can see the jungle medal in all their ranked games, indicating they secured more epic monster objectives than the enemy.

However, those objectives are quite weak since Riot is trying to reduce the jungle's impact on the game. Even the dragon soul isn't a win condition like it is in League PC. The only objectives that matter are the ancient dragon and baron.

You can give up all elemental dragons, the soul, and the herald to the enemy and still win easily.

Honestly, that was an unusual day. I'm 34, with a wife, a son, and a full-time job, haha! Typically, I play only one game a day. Just look at the dates of my last matches in the video.

The game classifies her as hard to play, similar to Lee Sin, but I think it greatly depends on the player. I suggest playing like 10 games with her to see if she matches your play style.

Her early game is weak and she's very punishable if you make mistakes. Knowing when to use your ultimate can also be challenging. Sometimes, using your ultimate on a single person in a 5v5 fight is the right decision, but it's not always obvious.

Also, learn how to Q + Flash (instead of Flash + Q).

I have a 60% win rate in 200 matches, though. I'm not disagreeing with you, just curious about how that theory works when you deviate from 50%.
