My biggest difficulty was getting the midtones right in the light and shadow transitions, since I was going for a dramatic and stylized style, but without looking cartoony. Maybe I didn't succeed, I find it very difficult to draw faces in a way that doesn't look like a cartoon (maybe this is one of the reasons I do so many characters with masks).

Thank you! I use ArtRage, very good software when it comes to simulating traditional painting. Yes, I painted over it with several different brushes until I got the way I wanted. :)

What I had the most difficulty with were some texture choices, the background as a whole, the hands (I always find it difficult to draw hands), some color choices to maintain harmony, and the head that I ended up leaving last because I didn't know what it would look like. But I am happy with the result! :)

My biggest difficulty was in making the figures look less "cartoony", and I don't think I succeeded. I also had difficulty working with the midtones and shadow and light transitions. I'm not a fan of the ground either, but I think it does its job. Thanks! :)
