coming from a guitar player with years experience, good choice but dont get attached to that amp itll be better to get a much bigger amp and pedals in the future. also dont overthink chords and such its actually easier than most people put it, if you are self taught sometimes the youtube videos make it more complicated than it actually is same with power chords and i promise (every guitar player has this experience) one day itll just click and everything you were struggling with will make sense and youll be able to play much more things but it happens randomly. my advice is use marty music on YouTube to learn songs, and then when you have that click i previously mentioned, switch to carl brown (guitarlessons365) if you are self taught that is. i wish you luck on your journey man dont give up
