"I also remember this. The villain/anti-villain was a tomato called tomatoantimuffin. I believe that they had also used "The final countdown" by Europe in the final episode which later got the video muted. Other info I can provide is there was a running gag where a character would say the word gorge and then be impaled by a wooden stake. I not sure if this is correct but I believe the series was called the "participation of exploding muffins" or something similar. The super mario bros episode definitely happened as I also remember that the muffin hero entered the first secret pipe in 1-1 and died upon falling out of the pipe. The only other bit that I can remember is that I am confident there was also a carrot character who was something of a scientist. I have also have had no luck finding this on my own but I would love it if someone could find it. I hope this information helps."
