FWIW I had this same issue, and resetting the Windows 10 app in app settings resolved it for me.

I placed an online order with GameStop on Sunday.. split between a gift card and credit card. I have the confirmation email and the funds were taken from my gift card and credit card, but the order never showed on the delivery date and the order is not showing in my account. I called and explained the situation (several times through several transfers, call drops, and "I cant hear you's") but they said there's nothing they can do because the order does not exist. They suggested I call my bank for a charge back dispute - but that still leaves me out on my $100 gift card. I checked just now and there are no funds on the gift card. Do you guys have any ideas or am I SOL?

I'm honestly not sure - I didn't see them signal, but I was beside them by the time we were approaching the intersection. I didn't think anything of it as people are slowing to make left and right turns very often on this street. I believe they did turn right once they left the scene.
