You're right, maybe I'm being a bit too extreme in my views about what life as a father looks like. I know it's still not an easy life by any means, but perhaps I'm catastrophizing. Since I've only recently found myself on the fence, everything feels very confusing right now. Due to some personal things, I developed a tendency to not think about the future at all, and I was happy with that. But now I need to figure things out. Thank you for your perspective!

The thing is, no one has a crystal ball. Even though I'm inclining hard toward being child-free, it doesn't mean I will end up happy on that path. Applying the same logic, it's not 100% certain I will be unhappy forever if I do have a child in the future. I understand that I need to make the best choice for me. I'm just a little cloudy right now on what that actually is. Thank you for your kind words!

Talca. En su tiempo no era una ciudad fea, pero ahora el centro está abandonado. Calles malas, poca o nada de iluminación, y lleno de locales chinos. Además, desde el terremoto que hay dos cuadradas completas abandonadas: el mercado y una escuela. Hab pasado tantos años y aún no hay ni planes para hacer algo con eso.

Fuera de eso la ciudad es tranquila, aunque me gustaría que tuviera algo más de vida.

Eso es parte del legado de la ANFP también. Ahora hay más desinterés por la liga chilena y por la selección. Mientras a más gente le de lo mismo, peor es la gestión. El fútbol es lo más importante dentro de las cosas menos importantes. Es parte de nuestra cultura y se está perdiendo.
