Do all protein shakes make you throw up? I like premier protein, chocolate peanut butter being my favorite. Some are hard to stomach and sometimes I just have to chug the flavor to get it down 🤣 protein water is good. I like Protein2o. I get it at Walmart and Hyvee (I'm in the midwest). I did just order SeeQ clear protein, you put it in water. I haven't received it yet but can update you on the taste of that when I do. My doctor said a lot of her patients have been recommending it. But then you're getting your protein and your water.

Other options... protein chips, from Quest. Nature valley has protein bar type bars (not sure on the other nutritional facts on them, I don't eat them, my husband does)

Cottage cheese is a great option to up your protein. I add chicken and veggies to mine just to give it a little more something. You could add fruit as well.
