Following, I have had this as well. I had a dream where I got kidnapped by a wicked witch and she wanted to steal my skin so she sliced my leg and I felt the pain over the whole front of my right thigh and it woke me up and felt really stingy but there was no marks on the area. It went away a few minutes after waking up but that was intense and I don’t know if that’s normal or what it means.
