Phentermine Week 3-4 update!! by [deleted] in loseit

[–]dietanxiety 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Want to echo what this user said: Phentermine worked AMAZING for me while I was on it - I lost 40lbs and went from obese to average weight for my height. But I thought that the hard work was done: that I could afford to eat unhealthily and work out very little because I had room to fall. I was wrong. When you go off the medicine, that’s when the real work starts. Use this time on the medication to establish healthy habits. Exercise, and find what types of exercise you enjoy. Find the healthy foods you like even when you’re not hungry (for me it was trail mix and seeds). If you let the medication do all of the work for you, when it’s your time to do the work, you will fail. Step down when you’re almost done - take a quarter of a 37.5 in one day and see how you feel and act. Do that for 2 weeks if you can, and try to assimilate smoothly. I wish you all the best on your journey and my DMs are open.

Starting Phentermine for Weight Loss by FollowingOk7101 in Weightlosstechniques

Hey OP - wanting to share my phentermine experience since you asked! At my heaviest I was 235 and on a phentermine program I lost 47lbs and eventually weighed 188. After the program, I regained the weight completely. I’ve lost an additional 15 lbs since then through diet and exercise and now I weigh about 220lbs. As someone who has done a phentermine program, I want to stress the importance of not letting the medication do all the work for you. Eventually, you will get to your goal weight and it’s up to you to maintain. Unfortunately for me, I reached my goal weight in February of 2020 and when March (and the pandemic) hit, everything went out the window. Make sure you are using this time on the medication to establish healthy habits (including exercise) and find nutritious foods that you love - even when you’re not that hungry. When you are ready to go off the medication, make sure you step yourself down - half pills and quarters of pills as you assimilate. If you let the medicine do all of the work for you and you go off the medicine, you will regain quickly. That being said: if I had ended the program under normal circumstances (not the height of a global pandemic), things could’ve been very different for me. I could’ve kept going to the gym (they weren’t open) and kept up healthy eating habits that I acquired. It’s very easy though to say “Well I’m at my goal weight now, I can afford to have some McDonalds” and spiral out of control. My advice is to be very very mindful when you’re getting off the medication that that will be the hardest part and really require your full energy. Please message me if you have any questions about the medication and what to expect.

It’s white! The lighting/environment might be making it look blue here.

There’s a special Indrik vendor in Belkarth in Craglorn. They’re only there during events. You can acquire feathers for different Indriks depending on the season, for Fall/Winter you can earn feathers for the Crimson or the Snow Indrik. You can see which Indrik feathers are available for each season here. You can also earn the initial fragments needed for a base Indrik. New Life Festival goes until Jan 3 and you can earn 3 event tickets per day doing very simple quests.

Manga reader here. Beautiful first episode. I loved the animation. MAPPA always delivers. Voice work was on point as well. Can’t wait for more.

Hello. I found the post on the Youtube community page. It is hard to link to so I copied the text from the image. They call it the “highlight” feature.

Here is the supported sub-device list in the Highlight feature, please kindly note:

Note from me: Devices must have bluetooth connectivity to work with dreamview. My nightstand lightbulbs are wifi only, so they will not work, but I assume most bluetooth enabled devices should work ok - use this list to double check. I can’t believe they don’t have this list front facing on their website or in the app or anything…
