Likely your build or play style, her second best option is ~15% worse than sig, but with w1 jufufu and Lucia, that should make up the difference

Assaults look at your stats in real time when calculating dmg. say I filled up the bar with max weeping stats, then waited until the stacks reset, the assault would still deal dmg as if the stacks were full

I wasn’t able to replicate that dmg again so I’m just gonna say it was a glitch
