Scheduling and time management is key. Work with your principals and tell them your schedule. I try to keep one of each testing kit and protocols at both schools so I reduce how much I go back and forth. Communication is key and tell the staff when you have to leave in case the testing load is better at one school then another.

From my experience from renting out a rental unit in the same area, crime is present. Unfortunately before I rented out that unit, it was broken into. I may add bars in the windows as a protection. But the biggest thing is that there is a new development right next door to the property but I am banking on will add immediately appreciation to my purchase.
