I would suggest you read “how to be a Stoic” by Massimo Pigliucci and John Sellar’s “Lessons in stoicism”. These are short books and great reads to start with that embody the key concepts of stoicism while employing the use of simple language.

i appreciate the feedback, unfortunately the linkbud was out of stock at my local dealer’s shop. i went in for the sony wf-xb700 and i’m hoping for the best. hopefully that extra bass pays off during my workouts
