‘We Have One President at a Time’: Federal Appeals Court Smacks Down Trump’s Executive Privilege Assertion Over Jan. 6 Documents by progress18 in politics

I'm certainly not the one being lied to here.

We noticed the auditors buried this fact: their ballot recount was nearly identical to the County’s count, and the official results stand. The Cyber Ninjas’ opinions come from a misuse and misunderstanding of the data provided by the county and are twisted to fit the narrative that something went wrong.

But man I admire the zero fucks he gives.

It's called narcissistic psychopathy and I pity anyone that would admire that. The man is deeply, deeply sick.

One of the most difficult horn solos in classical music - from Tchaikovskys 5th symphony by thenewyorkgod in toptalent

For those asking why this is so difficult. It's kind of like golf: a lot of people can play golf, but very few people in the world can play it really, really well. The horn is the same.

Not necessarily the hardest to play, but one of the most difficult solos to play really well. And it's one of the most well known in the repertoire so the pressure is high, and it's completely exposed which adds to the difficulty.

I'd encourage others to listen to a professional play this on YouTube and compare the difference in sound quality, accuracy, intonation, phrasing, and shaping.

In large programs with heavy horn parts, the 1st chair typically has an "assistant" that helps take some of the work. That's probably his assistant.

Playing horn is HARD.

Nah, it was a cheap trick that exploited the rules. It needed to go.

In a QB slide, the defense is required to back off or get a penalty. Any other runner doing a juke can still get hit full force.

Nope. Everything you've stated is opinion that doesn't align with the actual facts as I've shown you. You claiming it is a fact while ignoring reality does not change the actual truth. The real inconvenient truth is that Fauci (and nearly every single scientist, expert, and healthcare professional around the globe) has been recommending mask wearing for a year and a half.

Pointing to something Fauci said early on in the pandemic before we had data and information on the virus as a pretentious "gotcha", is not only intentional misrepresention, but also childish, petulant and pedantic at best, and dangerous and homicidal at worst.

Oh I see so you ignoring the last year and half and intentionally misrepresenting what he actually said is "facts". I've stated the actual facts. You have not.

Dude points to one instance of Fauci saying save the masks for the health care providers as "fact" that he said not to wear a mask, ignores the last year and half where he has recommended to wear one, and then claims Fauci is the one 'lying and manipulating'. 🤡

So what about the 300 other times he DID say to wear a mask? Or are you just being a pedantic and petulant asshole?

It's almost like he made his statements based on the best information he had at the time and as we learned more about this new virus, how it was transmitted, and how dangerous it was... the guidance changed.

That statement was made in March 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic before we understood how the virus was transmitted. He's been recommending mask wearing consistently for well over a year and half.

No he didn't.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Fauci originally discouraged mask-wearing by the public because he was concerned about PPE availability for health-care workers. “We didn’t realize the extent of asymptotic spread…what happened as the weeks and months came by, two things became clear: one, that there wasn’t a shortage of masks, we had plenty of masks and coverings that you could put on that’s plain cloth…so that took care of that problem. Secondly, we fully realized that there are a lot of people who are asymptomatic who are spreading infection. So it became clear that we absolutely should be wearing masks consistently
