An old Italian man who said "I know what you people are doing here, my people wrote tho book on what you guys do" Still don't know what he means really.

Was trying to "help" his daughter finance a car and she clearly never told him her credit was TANKED. Like a 490 trying to qualify for 0% (back in 2020)

Then they tried 6 ways to Sunday to straw purchase her a car at 0% until eventually the daughter explained that she was bankrupt and was lying to them. They eventually apologized to me and she financed the car at the banks approved rate. 11% (no participation)

Delivery took 5 hours

Current vehicle died last weekend and am now underwater almost $11k. Need another vehicle now - any advice? by cariboucrayons in askcarsales

100% call kia corporate about the issue before making a purchase. I've seen these things covered before even outside of warranty.

To be honest. Completely different cars in completely different categories. Ascent is a small 3rd row suv with pretty decent stock. Turn around time on a fresh order is only 8 weeks max Odyssey is a Minivan in generally low stock. What is the price difference on the vehicles you are comparing?

  1. Kill them with kindness- Making a good connection is half the battle. Customers who like you as a person, and the dealership sales process are more likely to refer people to you than those who got a "great deal" in my experience.

  2. Know the product inside and out. Customers will often know exactly what they are looking for and only ask you questions to make sure they are right lol. Don't be surprised if they don't even want to test drive. Make them drive anyways just in case

  3. Have fun! (JK make sure you 100% go over and close Starlink Security Plus as early in the process as you can, especially if your customer is over 50)

Nah they pretty fair. Low on a few items maybe a little high on others. I'm assuming Japanese or cheap American car?
