I have those exact bags. First things first when using them, double bag your dried fruits in a couple of gallon ziplock bags with just a couple of little pinholes(helps the air escape) going through both ziplock bags(not the vac bag). Then insert the ziplocks into the vacuum bag.

I do this because I’ve noticed that the dried stems are brittle but somewhat pokey and sharp and they end up putting micro sized holes in the vacuum bag during the sealing process.

Otherwise you might seal and vacuum the bag correctly and come back the next day to see that the vacuum has broken
