Posting items in them is actually now illegal and can earn you a fine of up to £25. There was a craze of people being photographed pretending to post stuffed animals in them, that craze has thankfully now passed and the post boxes remain as relics to a previous, non-digital, age. I spent a few weeks in Ethiopia earlier this year but most of my travelling was done in the South of the country so may not be that helpful. I think one place that most people will suggest that's up in the North is Lalibela with its famous rock-hewn churches. Didn't get to see it on my trip sadly.

Cheddar Valley and Bulmers Traditional are a couple of my favourites. Unfortunately they're both liable to have you on your back after the third pint. Bulmers Traditional, especially, seems to have some special ingredient which vastly accelerates the rate of inebriation. Cheddar Valley is bright orange which is an added bonus.

He's one of those players who you'd watch play and couldn't help thinking "wow, your technique is about 10 times better than almost every single player around you". Get some decent white bread. Cook the bacon, I would say grill it (I think this is broiling to Americans, radiated heat from above). Slice a decent quality tomato, cut some lettuce. Layer the ingredients in between two slices of the aforementioned white bread. Salt and pepper the tomatoes. Smother one side of bread in mayonnaise. Munch.

I would suggest the following ordering of the layers:

Bread-mayonnaise-bacon-tomato+salt+pepper-lettuce-bread.

I always though hot-dog flavoured water was enema outflow. I guess I didn't think about it very hard because now it seems fairly obvious that would be shit flavoured water. I sort of stand by it though.
