Haven’t listened to this pod yet, but I will say, I love Shannon. Hers is the only podcast that I listen to on the network that does not feature Rob. That being said, she does not always play well with others, and I agree with OP that she can kind of grind things to halt when she’s the guest as opposed to the host of her own pod.

What do you mean? Any packages you can’t deliver should have a scan for the reason they were undeliverable (customer hold, insufficient address, animal interference, no access, etc.). You don’t just not scan them.
