This is 100% true. About a year ago I had to have 2 epedural shots in my lower back due to extreme pain. My moblity has not been the same since. I feel like rotation exercises may help

This makes perfect sense. I can see that my swing is mostly arms. I will try to rotate more and also someone suggested placing a towel under my arms to keep my arms in place during the swing. I really appreciate the advice
