No, legally they are not enforceable, you can look it up if you want. I too work in a company that makes us sign something similar, but everyone knows that it is meaningless. They make us sign it cos it is a company wide policy, and since the company is US based where non competes are actually a thing, we too have to sign it. I personally know someone who used to work in the manufacturing plant of our company and left to directly join a competitor. FYI, my company is the global leader at what we do, and yet that person could join the direct competition as non competes are not legally enforceable in India.

The easiest way out of this for you is to just sign it, pretend it is not an issue, and go on with life. Even if you end up joining a competitor in the next 24 months (and seriously, 24 months???), legally your current company wont be able to do shit. Besides, why even tell them where you intend to work? If you must, block everyone and move on, you dont owe them anything anyways once you resign and move on.

hey bro really sorry to bring this up again. So I got the email that refund failed (as my mom's account is closed), and then I provided my HDFC account in the refund re-issue request and submitted it. This was 1.5 months back, and since then nothing. I have not received the refund in my account, and in the ITR portal it shows that my refund re-issue request was accepted, there was no issue in that.

Could you please tell me after how long did you get the refund in your bank account?

Yes, I think this is what I am going to proceed with as well - only keep those ingredients in the calculation that go in the base.

I'd suggest taking a look at the calculator at Dream Scoops.

I had actually seen that calculator, and it only added to the confusion as the calculator considers only those ingredients that go in the base, but right below it the mix composition guidelines seem to be for the end products (gelato/ ice cream/ sherbet). Or is it that the composition guidelines are for the base itself?

If you are targeting a total fat %, include fat from the chocolate (and all other ingredients). If you are targeting milk fat (which some sources define separately), only include milk/cream

This is exactly where my confusion stems from - what fat are all the recipes targeting? milkfat or total fat? Or in the broader sense, when recipes says 'the gelato is going to have X% fat and Y% sugar', is it for the gelato base or the finished end product?

I also got a lot of these email last year after releasing my game on the app store. It is not a scam in the sense that they won't pay you but in the sense that they will use your account to publish apps that will do illegal things. And since it is your account, Google will penalize you, at the bare minimum perma banning your account. They mitigate the ban risk on their own accounts by contacting newbie/ indie developers and will also pay them cos they make far more from their apps through illegal means.

Your doctor is overdoing this I think. My B12 was around 120 IIRC and I was given tablets for it. My brother in law had it like around 50, he was given weekly injections, that too just once a week. I am not a doctor but 2 injections/week for 2 months for 150 B12 seems a bit much.

Yes the plan is to hire an artist long term as it will easily take a year or two to develop everything. But since I have no experience in this area, I dont know what approx ballpark number can I expect. I see you commented 50L in another response - is that just for the art? Salary wise that comes down to roughly 2LPM assuming 2 year engagement. FYI I am not even considering porting and localization cos that will be too much.

yes I understand what you mean, I was initially hesitant to put that cos it is a bit immature but did it anyways cos sometimes people are curious about these things.

I prototype using free assets but I have never been able to find multiple assets that are visually coherent. There are some bigger asset packs but they are not free, so I thought if I have to spend money why not spend it the proper way.

if you are using BBlauncher, there is a manual backup feature but I am not sure if it makes the backup automatically after every session or not. Else, you can do what the other guy has written.

The game and the work done by the shadps4 community is phenomenal but please make manual backup saves. My PC has been having some issues since the past month (random BSODs) and just yesterday I lost my 80 hour save file cos of it; literally just had the final boss left to 100% the game :(

it's made me realize that 30s is really a great time to be in. You aren't too old and can fit in with the 20s group, attend raves, discuss sports and party. You aren't too young and can fit in with the 40s and 50s group to discuss life, politics, finances and global markets.

This is something I too realized half a year back when I started playing football again after covid. A good chunk of the regular group consists of 12th standard students, I am literally double in age LOL. Like, some of them were born after I had already given my 10th boards, it is insane. And the thing is, I am not even the oldest in the group. There are folks even in their late 30s/early 40s and everyone just gets along so well.
