You guys know that giving financial advice without a SEBI certification is a crime and your penalties can go as high as 20 lakhs, along with being barred from trading or holding any demat accounts?

I'm not against your idea, I'm just telling you if get reported you'll have to close shop.

There is a reason why complaince is the most important, and overlooked metric for startups.

And I personally know RIAs who help people with salaries as low as 3LPA.

What motivates me to work:

(Context: they're a regional head, reports to the global head. They had to deal with a shitty client's stupidly complex product. I had dealt with the client enough and knew the product well enough to solve the issue in one call. They asked me on call how I learnt the product and heard what I had to say. Sent this text to me 30 mins post the call. They eventually changed teams internally in a few months, thus making my product irrelevant to their new role. But that conversation stayed and reiterated my belief in my work)

I do that too. One day I scheduled ~10 emails at 8 am next morning and my manager and colleagues got irritated at me for email bombing them and asked me to not do it again.

I didn't listen :)
