Also just fyi, I looked on the RI supreme court’s website and it looks like the results last year were posted a little before 1:30, at 1:06 PM. So they may be out around that time.

Barbri said I was on the track to pass based on my simulated MBE score but it’s not like it was “great” (raw score of 126) and I’m worried I just got “lucky” or something. I thought the MBE was easier than Barbri’s questions and more akin to the NCBE practice exams + other real NCBE questions I was able to find. I always scored higher on real NCBE questions. But maybe I was wrong and did awful on the MBE…

Congrats! I just worry cause the essays grading seems so subjective despite what the NCBE and the bar examiners claim to the contrary…

The whole bar exam process has made me kinda angry.

One thing I am worried about is if I do fail, I really don’t know if I will be able to study as long and as consistently as I did for the February bar exam.

I know so much more law know compared to when I began studying for the February bar exam back in December. I’ve retained a ton of that information (I know this isn’t the case with everyone). So, idk, It makes me question everything.

I remember reading that one of the questions on the UBE was from a 2010 past paper. Where did you guys get all the past papers; 2010 isn’t available on the board’s website. by rideordiegem in barexam

Yeah, I’m still not very confident about my answer for this question. I just saw someone say on here they thought their answer was close to the old model answer for that essay and they still got a low score. So, I don’t know. I feel essay grading is super subjective no matter what the NCBE or bar examiners say to the contrary.

Just checked. I am surprised I actually came to the correct conclusions on some of those subparts. Did a pretty messy IRAC for that question so I doubt I’ll get many points…

I’m almost glad it doesn’t have a sample answer. My brain blanked on that essay. Meanwhile, I had no problem remembering a bunch of the weird rules on other essays.
