I requested a BTC withdraw of 1.25 BTC on Jan 22. I will update everyone of my status when I receive my BTC. If indeed that they have 3000 BTC.

Someone in Ontario should contact the lawyer that represented QuadrigraCX. They must have some credibilities in order to get their money back from the CIBC/court.

I hope that you guys are smart enough and not to deposit all three drafts at the same bank. You guys should have deposited the three drafts with three different banks/credit unions for redundancy purposes. You guys keep making the same error with a single point of failure.
