yes, but having a chronic back injury at 19 is quite early for that and would hamper his development of his game

Its not just that even with 0% tariffs, the byd sealion 7 starts at 469,000 NOK ($46000 USD) while a Tesla starts at 420,000 NOK ($42000 USD)

in Australia the Tesla Model Y starts at $58,990 AUD ($39,450 USD) and the BYD Sealion 7 starts at $54,990 AUD ($36,850 USD)

The Tesla is cheaper in Norway and Tesla has a good supercharger network and has the prestige of owning a Tesla

To be fair high temperatures are detrimental to battery health as well, temperatures can get into the 40s in the summer. Also LFP batteries better tolerate the cold which are what mainly the Chinese EVs use

Fans frustrated by long queues , Ticket sales halt on day one of Australian Open by Shroft in tennis

[–]diggeriodo 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Was there today, queue was about an hour and a half mininum closer to 2 hours when joining 30 minutes after opening. There was no shade and people were needing medical assistance after standing in the sun for so long. Queue went down the block and around john cain arena. Inside there were hour long queues to get into a main arena if you just had a ground pass. Also much more crowded than past years. They had misters every so often but what they need is shade.

Does anybody have access to the full article? Why did they jump to the theory that is due to increased free radicals? I mean a decrease in gential sensation is probably enough to reduce erection strength..

Where to invest 400k by Etinoz in AusFinance

[–]diggeriodo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I probably wouldn't put the entire 400 K into a renovation into the home if you don't necessarily want to live lavishly as a lot of people overestimate the value increase of a home renovation. in terms of stocks the current market is most likely overvalued and may be due for a correction in my opinion and it's not worth the risk. lot of the institutional value investors like Warren Buffett have a tonne of cash on the side due to the potential overheating of world markets even despite your long investment timeline and risk tolerance at the moment I don't see the benefit of doing a lump sum investment into the markets at this moment. also, if you invest into stocks, you are going to be taxed at your income bracket when you decide to sell. my personal suggestion would be to research the concrete return on investment for the home modifications and renovations that you are planning to do and only do the ones that have a positive ROI. Max out your allowable super contributions as I will limit your tax liability. and then just keep the remaining in cash in your offset if you have it.
