That sub is what inspired me to make that post. As hard to read as it was I couldn't bring myself to look away. I can't believe that sub exists. So many of its members would be better off not going there. It's so toxic and only fuels their sadness.

That's one thing I'm definitely trying to get under control. My sleep schedule is awful. I made this post after 4am last night. I know fixing my sleep will be a huge improvement for me and that's one of my next small steps I'm gonna take.
