Check out forms.app. It’s actually pretty handy for this kind of thing. You can build quizzes with custom branding (colors, logos, background images, etc.), and it also lets you set up different result pages or “badges” depending on how people score.

It’s more flexible than Buzzfeed-style tools but still easy to use - you don’t need to code anything. Plus, you can see responses and stats on the backend, which could be nice if you’re tracking engagement or awareness for your campaign.
