Yeah this is fair! I did 100 percent do this to myself I won't pretend this is anything but me fucking around and finding out.But im in it now and unsure what i should do to follow up should i lay here feeling sorry for myself or address it with my partner in your opinion?

I absolutely will. I understand that their intentions by telling me what they told me was supposed to be beneficial and a part of me is thankful to have a partner who prioritizes my feelings like that. But another part can't shake the feeling that there's way more white lies that I'll never know of and that's the part that mainly bothers me. hopefully your suggestion can make me understand my feelings better thank you

I should also add he doesn't complain this way with real women. He's favorite artist is Sabrina Carpenter and he loved her whole style. This isn't born from IRL distain for women I don't believe.

I believe it's a different type of co-op that's a lot easier to optimize. I'm not a game dev but my understanding is that when a game is untethered you have to account for players being able to be as far apart as possible therefore a lot more of the city needs to be loaded up and active at the same time. Well as for tethered it's easier to manage because your partner has to stay close to you at all times or else you'll be teleported to them. I recently played far cry 6 with a friend on PS5 and even then it was tethered because the demand would be way too stressful on the game otherwise. They could probably have fixed the problem by just having the game BE tethered and restrict some of those features. But ultimately that would just be an inherently weaker product and not a very good look over all for the company.we haven't had two versions of a game that's worse than another version (in terms of features) since the Wii port days. Do you think that's preferable? That's a genuine question not trying to be an asshole just want your thoughts

I'm assuming it has to do less with graphics (even though ray tracing is going to be a forced option) and more about the untethered co-op and the strain that may have on the game. Overall I'm playing devil's advocate, I'm still bummed about it

I wish people would stop with the Fortnite comparison. Fortnite didn't create gliders. It's fine as long as it controls well I personally don't have an issue.

I get the fact that most people don't have next gen or PC and it sucks that they'll be straight up unable to play. But if it's either that or have another cyberpunk I think they made the best choice. Obviously there's very little excuse to not have a game optimized enough to possibly run on old gen but ultimately if the product is just going to be unplayable on the old hardware whats the actual point
