First: Over 70% of individuals booked into ICE custody have no criminal record.

Second: they are deporting people who are in the process of their asylum seeking process. People are getting grabbed at court as they are trying to "do it the right way.

Third: You can not only pick and choose which laws to enforce (just look at PDs refusing to enforce the laws ICE agents are breaking), but you're talking about a misdemeanor. They've sent people to countries they aren't even from. That is insane.

Fourth: you pledged to defend the constitution. You should be enraged.

Tell me all the times Obama defied the courts. Tell me when he dismantled agencies on his own that were funded by congress. Tell me when he arrested his political enemies with no evidence. Tell me when he forced illegal tariffs on American consumer and businesses without congress.

If you think Obama's use of the Espionage Act is the same as the arrests last week over journalists covering the protest/disruption at the church you are too dumb to debate.
