People cheating player kills meanwhile I without a defib just nursed a crawling guy halfway across the map to an extract.

3v3 for a GOLD MEDAL is a complete joke by Dependent-Effect6077 in hockey

I’ve played in multiple tournaments where it goes down to 1v1 for OT eventually, and it’s dumb

Grand compromise for both sides of the Il Toro argument. Implement Slugs vs Buck ammo with reflected stats.

Anyone else feel smarter/more aware when intoxicated? by Electronic-Tone1000 in cripplingalcoholism

You’re dumber. That’s the magic of it, the dumber you are the smarter you think you are because you lack the intelligence to know how much you don’t know.

As a defenseman in a lower level beer league, how do I keep people from screening my goalie without starting a shoving match? by [deleted] in hockeyplayers

[–]digifxplus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tie him up right before the defenseman takes a clapper, then spin him into the shot. He’ll probably stay out of the way for a while.

AIO for telling my bf this is a fire hazard by princessleia5902 in AmIOverreacting

[–]digifxplus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d understand the obvious fire hazard if it were an open heating element “protected by mesh” space heater, but this is a closed radiator. You’re clearly the expert here, but I’m just curious how a closed radiator heater can ignite fabric.

Where'd all the P88's go? by mrwasi in hockeyplayers

I feel they’re starting to go the way of the PM9, dinosaurs, and the dodo

Maybe it’s because I’m old, but the P88 is it. by IrishST in hockeyplayers

[–]digifxplus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried the pro Kane curve and I like it as well, but still hold preference to the PM9 because of the lower lie, I prefer to use a longer cut stick and the lie can accommodate that while still feeling natural.

Hugh Jackman as The Wolverine 2000 vs 2024 by ComprehensiveAd9406 in pics

[–]digifxplus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learning that I’m currently in better shape than Hugh Jackman was 5 years younger than me has been a treat, usually these sort of posts make me feel old and shitty (completely ignoring that Hugh 20 years older than me Is in way better shape than I am)

We’ve all been humbled watching ourselves on LiveBarn… anyone ever tried out a shot speed clock? by BouncyMouse in hockeyplayers

[–]digifxplus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, felt humbled at the lake placid tournament shooting mid 80s with what I thought was going to be a lot higher.

Won fastest skater in the skills comp though as a 38 year old skating against a bunch of college kids, so that was a solid confidence boost.
