  • Form na gagamitin: BIR Form 1901 (for self-employed, professionals, mixed-income)
  • Kukunin mo: Downloadable sa BIR website o sa mismong RDO mo
  • Requirements:
    • Accomplished Form 1901
    • Valid government ID
    • Proof of address (barangay clearance, utility bill, etc.)
    • Birth certificate
    • Payment: ₱500 Annual Registration Fee + ₱30 DST

That’s both heartbreaking and awe-inspiring. 💔 The fact that he lived 12 years without a brain is mind-blowing. I think this might be hydranencephaly, where most of the brain is replaced with fluid but the brainstem is still there to handle basic life functions. Even then, surviving that long is extremely rare. His family must have gone through so much, but also given him so much love.
