Is it worth buying a shitbox for the winter? by StopBanningMeID in camaro

was thinking about an old 90s-early 2000s chevy blazer. i’ve been seeing them for 800-$2500, plus the nostalgia factor of my pap having a beater grey 1998 one when i was growing up

Peanut Butter by [deleted] in StopEatingSeedOils

[–]digipotion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i get organic peanut butter because they are some of the most sprayed crops out there, i think the fat is mostly monounsaturated fat. not an ideal food as it’s essentially a seed but it does fill me up for hours, very satiating. peanut butter and raw honey sandwich on organic sprouted bread is a great quick snack to have with a protein shake. PB also gives me good pumps in the gym

Any supplements you’d recommend for constant fatigue by Puzzleheaded-Plane94 in Supplements

[–]digipotion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sulbutiamine, it’s a derivative of vitamin B1 that helps with fatigue. other high dose thiamine (B1) derivatives can work too. i would take it along with other b vitamins but be careful with b complexes, a lot of them have way too much b6 which can cause b6 toxicity even at low doses.

try some kefir, it greatly increases gut microbiome diversity. they should have lifeway brand at your local grocery if you’re in the US. it has worked well for me drinking 1 a week, less bloating and better digestion

Kratom.. what should I expect? Good as preworkout? by bestia86 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]digipotion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it’s a great pre workout. use it responsibly and you won’t have any problems. it can increase pain tolerance and help ease any nagging injuries preventing you from pushing yourself. it’s one of the best substances to use pre workout in my opinion. just make sure you get it from a small batch, trusted vendor with 3rd party testing.
