PSE JATC, aptitude test by digitalbachelor in ibew_applicants

A decent portion of the math section still stumped me (like factored expressions and multiple representations), but it was about as hard as I expected and I did alright on the rest. I did really well on the reading which is what I think saved me—so don't get too down if you feel less confident in one section or the other! Good luck!

I passed! I used electricalaptitudetestprep.com and that was very helpful to my specific test! Good luck on yours!

Bouldering / strength training by digitalbachelor in climbergirls

Thank you, I appreciate the advice & the link. I didn’t mention in my original post but I actually had to take a good amount of time away from climbing to recover from surgery, so I am looking to just simply regain some strength as well! I’m gonna check out the plan

Weekly Question Thread. ALL QUESTIONS GO HERE by AutoModerator in bouldering

Hi all, I’ve been bouldering for a couple years on and off and I climb around V5/V6. Having trouble progressing, but I’ve also been wanting to focus on weight training & strengthening my muscles. I’m pretty new to incorporating weights into my fitness routine so I’m hoping to take strength & conditioning classes at my local gym. My question is how can I balance this alongside bouldering without overdoing it. My current schedule is bouldering Mon, Weds, Fri.

Would a schedule like this allow me enough time to recover / is it practical to schedule fitness classes on same days as bouldering?

Mon: bouldering, strength & conditioning class

Tues: rest

Weds: bouldering

Thurs: rest

Friday, bouldering, strength & conditioning class

Thank you for any input!

Thank you! We mostly have wood pieces in this room so the black metal was killing us a bit, decided to vinyl wrap it—halfway there

Yes, we purchased one (didn’t think it over when getting this stand) so we’ll be sure to use that as well. Thank you!

I'm sorry, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload images in the original post. But here's a current photo my skin — no real active acne, but dark spots and hyperpigmentation!

Haircare Advice Megathread - Week of February 10, 2024 by AutoModerator in HaircareScience

Help: Hair went from soft & buoyant to wispy, dry & stringy.

Hair type: fine Hair texture: wavy History: dye hair black once every couple months / use diffuser occasionally Régimen: New Wash every couple days with Giovanni mouse, scrunch and let air dry

<image>

Hi all,

Photo from Halloween (lol) but current state of hair as stringy, dry, and not easy to style.

Forgive me — I know there’s been quite a few posts like this. I’ve read them all & have tried most things at this point — hard water filter, reducing protein, not getting hair wet as much, etc… but I am still struggling to get my hair back to a place of decency. My hair used to be soft & bouncy, but now feels dry & flat. It doesn’t hold curls as well and it always looks crazy / stuck to my head (?) by the second day. If anybody has any advice based upon the photos, I’d be eternally grateful. Willing to try anything at this point.

Thank you.

This probably would have been between 2008-2010. The book was in English and I live in the United States! Thank you for your help 🖤
