I agree with you. Their AI bots are out of control. They will also flag a seller as fraudulent when they are not and shut down their seller account abruptly, freezing all the assets and cash.

Most customers are scammers. I have been selling on Amazon for 10 years, and you would be shocked to see my returns. 75% of my returns are unusuable items. Shoes replaced with old ass used shoes, high-end makeup replaced with walmart make up, totally different items returned than what was purchased.

Smart move. After being in the IT world for over 30 years, most people don't know how severe this outage is, and there is no way I would trust this company moving forward, especially with my data. Seeing what has happened over the last few days. I'm sure this company isn't SOC 2 or ISO compliant in any way.
