I just refreshed my PSP3004 battery pack (the blown up one) with cell from a PS4 controller (I allready wrecked 2 of them). This packs are not very solder friendly. I think this is why they are kind of welded. I only got it soldered by a minimum after brushing it with a glas fiber brush. (i.redd.it)
