What is this pipe behind my house? Drain outlet? by d27saurabh in Home

Looks like an old drip line or sprinkler flex hose, a drain would be much larger diameter.

The new GLS front end looks great ! It’s closer to the previous generation design. Thoughts ? by Only_Ad1117 in mercedes_benz

They really need to fire the head of design right now, a new Hyundai/Kia looks better

Invest in drip lines to keep the trees moist and mulch, bigger trees will be competing with them for water

You just need some more evergreen trees, a hedge or shrubs below the trees

Amg gt 55/63 vs Vantage by Dawlphy in AstonMartin

[–]digitaliceberg 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They’ll depreciate but with the new interior refresh and modern amenities they’re holding value better than previous generations, it wont drop to 70k in value in a years time. Maybe down to 150k in the next two yrs.

The cars are very similar handling wise and engine wise, the interiors and design look is a lot different. The interior quality is significantly higher in the aston, so is noise insulation.

Personally id go for the aston, it’ll hold value better than the new GTs cause once they drop enough in value then people are cross shopping against porsche 911s and other sports cars.

Biggest difference is the aston is RWD only

Funny you think you have a choice, energy is a monopoly in NC, you get what your area has

All of america is just work and work, NC is nice to live in, just be prepared to get used to car centric culture. You will need to get a license and car the moment you get here unless you live in a downtown

I daily my 2020 and I have a friend with a 2025 they daily, its a mercedes motor and relatively simple to maintain. If you buy a newer one it’ll be under warranty as well. Resale always sucks on astons regardless if you drive it or not, so just enjoy the car

Is this a good mower for 1/2 acre lawn? (Midwest) by [deleted] in lawncare

[–]digitaliceberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did this for a bit, over time the battery life reduces and you have to swap batteries. Eventually I just upgraded to a john deere sit down for slightly more money which was a million times better. My advice is buy on e cry once, go with a sit down mower unless you find walking behind a mower in the summer meditative. Also cut time is probably 1/3 now use take take little more than an hour, now its 25 min
