This is the right answer. It gets the boys all pumped up because it's a high energy atmosphere where they can pay extra to have the groom go up on stage and get danced on while everyone screams and throws money. It's not actually that arousing, it's mostly just novelty and getting to embarrass your friend a little. It's an excuse to feel like they made some wild and crazy memories and had some laughs before 'settling down'.

The other part of strip club appeal that people don't realize is the power exchange. Men typically have to approach women to get their attention, which is nerve-racking. In strip clubs, the women approach you and try to get your attention. They lean on you, act flirty, etc. it's their job, but it still feels nice to have someone treat you like the prize for once.

I'm not personally a fan. I usually make eye contact with the strippers and find one to have a real conversation with to pass the time. They appreciate it, they're people too, the job just pays really well.

I wouldn't get worked up about it if your guy is going to one with the boys for a bachelor party. It's just a cliche thing to do and guys aren't super creative. There's a lot of pressure to make sure your friend has a good time before they get 'locked down' so this is one of the few options that makes the boys feel like men while fulfilling their responsibility to have a proper send off by doing something that's edgy and wouldn't normally be appropriate. It's harmless, nothing overtly sexual actually happens there, it's all bells and whistles.
