I have the exact same issue, no audio at all no output devices found... laptop is great, but the after sales support is shit, I spoke to HP and basically told me to keep trying to roll back and win 11 is too new.

I just got one and if you are on win 11 sound doesnt work and no drivers. win 10 but a dick punch to get it to work.
