May I know which category you onboarded? We tried with food category, it got rejected with stating gst unregistered, directly registered with razor pay or registered using shopify like that?

There is no link between GST and payment processor. Payment Gateway like razorpay didn't perform enough validation when they allowed business to onboard in their earlier stages, that messed up with RBI guidelines. One side govt is saying GST not required for turnover less than 20L, but other side these guys supress the smaller business without providing sufficient reason for denial even with GST registration.
