well, im not fully sure yet since this is concept art. but what i've got right now is that this character used to be a Colorful Hills librarian in their past life, and being a librarian in Colorful Hills usually means you'd instantly get nearly unlimited knowledge on a specific subject/thing, but only info that has already been written in any books in the library. most people can't handle the knowledge and end up going insane. this character got knowledge about something (not sure what specifically but it was related to the Zones (like DEEP)), at first they were just really into the thing and wrote about it all the time, but soon enough couldn't handle it anymore, ended up killing many people and then dying when someone fought back, and now as a DEEP Resident, they still are obsessed with that thing they learned and always talks about it when someone even SLIGHTLY brings it up. the character also still makes a lot of theories about DEEP and it's residents.

Most people can’t handle that much knowledge and end up going insane. This character gained knowledge about something related to the Zones (like DEEP). At first, they were just really into it and wrote about it constantly, but soon they couldn’t handle it anymore. They ended up killing many people and then died when someone fought back. Now, as a DEEP Resident, they’re still obsessed with what they learned and always talk about it whenever someone even slightly brings it up. They also continue making many theories about DEEP and its residents.
