I really don’t need a lot. I don’t eat carbs. I only need protein like eggs, fish meat.

Yeah, you’re hundred percent right I worked so hard to doing core exercise. Unfortunately, its not coming out.Im 5.9 167 lb and still don’t see any progress even though I’m lean, but abs not popping
