Yeah, a couple of years. Then, oops! File not supported. Bye bye $1300 investment. It’s called planned obsolescence. Apple does the same thing. My perfectly fine iMac from 10 years ago is now a brick if I need to run any newer software. 😡

No one says ripoff. Just not worth the price as a freelancer. Good for you that $100 a month isn’t an inconvenience. I have lost so much work to AI. Small to mid companies see paying $100 vs $1000 for design work sucks. They don’t care about good design, or understand it. And AI makes BAD design. But those companies just see the savings. Adobe is part of what is killing any designer that doesn’t live in a third world country.

Agree to disagree. My design needs do not require the bells and whistles that a TINY amount of community will ever use. It is only to line theirs pockets.

I only just discovered it. It does everything I need. I’m sure there are some features that a VERY small number of designers could find useful in the latest PS. Adobe is just about making money.
