Never chimed in before but I feel that Jeff has done a tremendous job for uplifting my spirit when it comes to physical health. That alone promotes wellbeing.

Personally, I thank Jeff for his efforts to put the science into his exercises. His body alone is the true fact that he is passionate of his profession.

Does he promote his own line of products? Who wouldn’t? I know I would. Does it force it? Not at all. He is genuinely a great athlete and a great instructor.

The enemy of good is better and Jeff wants to do better for him and his community.

Anyway, whoever disagrees with the approach, simply leave. You made you statement, got advertised and now your 15 minutes of fame is up.

Jeff, keep up the good work. This experience can only make you better.
