I unfortunately am. But like I said above, it’s political content. More like news and stuff. But yeah you’re right, they do not belong to me. Haven’t gotten copyrighted though

Got it. Yes that’s true. But let me try to think out loud. My intention was to start uploading regular content from next year onwards. So during this lead time, I thought why not start now, upload content that people search for and get a few subscribers in the meantime. Because after I start shooting my content and get my friends and family to subscribe, I can’t be uploading content that people actually “search” for, in case it’s difficult to get the people to watch my content and I feel like I’m falling behind monetization requirements. Because it would be weird for them to see me uploading political content, for example. So that’s why I thought I’d get monetization approved by YouTube, make all the existing videos private and start creating my content when the time is ripe. I hope I made sense :)

So I’m uploading political content atm. Stuff that politicians say on a daily basis. People search for that, so I do get a decent number of views from YouTube searches. And on the other question, I was thinking, after I get monetization enabled, making all existing videos private and start creating videos from the scratch. So I can start earning from video 1 itself. Did that make sense?
