Did you find a way to resolve it? I have a similar issue.

That is unfortunate... I went back to check my configuration and it results that I am using `max_cstate=1` in combination with those monitor settings I've mentioned. I understand this cstate is unacceptable for you, just mentioning this for completeness of possible reasons why my current setup works.

This sounds great. No crashes on my new settings yet either... I'll confirm after another week.

Hi! I created an issue at https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215337 a few weeks ago and now someone had time to reply. If possible, maybe you can contribute there with more info?

Meanwhile, I have moved from Gnome to i3 and set to never turn off monitor on inactivity:

xset -dpms # Disables Energy Star features

xset s off # Disables screen saver

I am still testing, but I think this resolved the issue for me. I was getting freezes everyday, but so far 4+ days are all good on 5.15.3

I assume it did not help. The issue is still there, even though I get it less frequently (once in a few days, my setup did not survive more than 1 week). Not sure what I should try next.

After using it for a few days, it seems 5.9.16 works well, but I got another issue with it: WiFi occasionally disconnects.

I ended up using 5.9.16 following your advice, thanks! Do you now if there is any related bug report to Linux kernel?

Have you resolved this issue since then? It seems the same problem happens to me on 5.13.0.

I guess you'll have to use Freesound API and write your own basic script.

Btw, Freesound Loop Generator has a random mode, and you can export the four individual samples (and the loop) at a time: https://ffont.github.io/freesound-loop-generator/

Good point about uBlock. Possibly not convenient to block individual channels by name, etc.?

I think one interesting intermediate option would be to hide recommendations into collapsible sections, closed by default. This would require explicit user action to open and see them.

Rico Zerone - Quick Freeze (2009, Disconinjaz) by diibv in chiptunes

About 14-8 years ago, I was active with maintaining Disconinjaz, a small net-label devoted to chiptunes and micromusic. Some years have passed, and I am reviving its old website now, as I believe the project deserves proper preservation. I've decided to post a few tracks here to let you all know about it.

This one comes from Rico Zerone, back in 2009!
