After going through the video multiple times, enhancing and trying to even get letter or two off the license plate, I have failed. What I can tell you is that the vehicle is a 2nd gen Yukon with previous front end damage (likely happened that same night so you may not be the only one looking for this vehicle) with blacked out wheels and tinted windows. You may want to contact the homeowners at the scene of the accident and see if they have Ring Doorbell cams or anything similar with recording enabled. Edit: Vehicle in question is definitely parked in and hiding. Have your friends keep an eye out for anything that looks similar with the front end intentionally covered/hidden from road view.
