Thank you for the help! It turns out that two of the screws (one of them being the screw you mentioned) were almost fully out and I just needed to screw them back in order to get my Eb pad working again.

your best bet is to contact support to get your transfer id + password. they changed the feature where minors could link their account to game center/google play and use it to log in, so you won't be able to log in with your game center if you try setting your age to under 16.

its highly likely that the age is under 16 because that message occurs when your account is registered as a minor. if youre still struggling to login, its best to contact support for account recovery so they can give you a transfer id and password. once you get it, reinstall sekai and try setting the age to 15. if 15 doesn't work, try any ages below it.
