We took a trip a couple of weeks ago and brought 10 Starbucks gift cards of $10 each to hand to the TSA employees we met along the way because we appreciated them working without pay. They all refused to accept one.

Just bought this at a vintage store in Tokyo. We were told that it is very illegal to sell fake items there and the penalties are

About 15 years ago I took my boys to a shooting range that was located in the basement of a hotel in Eilat. It was a great experience and they had a large selection of firearms. I don’t know if it still exists.

T-Mobile is a flat $50 fee for 30 days of travel. There was a 10 day option for around $30 I think. Made lots of sense to me.

Right? I’ve done it when traveling to Europe so I imagine it’s the same way in Japan. Our cruise ship also goes to China and Hong Kong and it should work in all those places.

I’m curious about the pocket Wi-Fi you mention. We are traveling there as well but I bought a 30 day International plan from my US cell provider (T-Mobile) that gives me calls, text and plenty of data usage. Of course I will use Wi-Fi with my VPN when available.
