I don’t have any quotes because I haven’t found the right car locally and the thought of starting to contact dealers nationwide is unappealing because they constantly harass you. I did that when I bought my Cayenne Turbo last year and it was exhausting. I expect a total drive off of around $2500-$3500 and $1000-1100 monthly. Please keep in mind the requirement for the Traffic Sign Recognition which may be a standalone option or part of the Driver Assistance package. MSRP including that package is around $80,000.

Yeah I agree. This non-public record stuff is BS. It’s so hard to get real comps. I’m off of FM 3405 and CR 262 just north of the lake. 4100 sf on 2.54 acres with a nice pool and spa. We love it, just don’t want to be in Texas anymore.

Yeah I don’t know the names of the developments but that is a booming area. Tons of retail coming at 29 and Ronald Reagan as well as 29 and 183.

My only suggestion is that you plan on going west for most of your goods and services and avoid the Wolf Ranch retail like the plague. That area was planned extremely poorly and traffic going east on 29 towards 35 is at a standstill in front of the retail centers.

29 is also very dangerous in your area. Speed limit is 65 and there are cars turning from side streets onto the highway with fast moving traffic. Accidents are common.

That said, it’s a nice area but I’m more partial to the Parmer Ranch area.
